The second workshop was established in 1995. The main product is 2,2,3,3-tetramethylcyclopropane carboxylic acid, which is an important intermediate for the production of fenpropathrin insecticides, with an annual production capacity of 700 tons.

In 2013, the expansion workshop added 2,3-dimethyl-1-butene and 2,3-dimethyl-2-butene products (abbreviated as DMB). DMB products are used to produce the pesticide fenpropathrin (or fenpropathrin acid), which is a crucial raw material and an intermediate for the synthesis of Tonalide perfume. The annual production capacity of DMB products can reach to 2,000 tons.

The workshop actively explores, strives for perfection, and is highly responsible to achieve the best product quality. The product qualification rate is 100%.

The workshop is equipped with a comprehensive monitoring system and a DCS remote control system to ensure the reliability of safe production.

Advanced central control equipment and strict management monitor the quality of the production process, to ensure that the final product inspection meets the standard.

The DMB product storage area and crane tube loading platform ensure safe and reliable product storage and loading.

The production workshop site is tidy, and the closed product drying system guarantees product quality.

After treatment, the wastewater produced in the workshop is desalinated by a double-effect evaporative desalination device to achieve biodegradability and enter the company's sewage treatment system. After VOC treatment, all production exhaust gas is environmentally friendly and discharges up to standards.
